Bon Voyage, Farewell, Till Next Time...

So it's been a looooong time since we have posted here.

Sorry.
First steps at South Curl Curl
We have been having lots of fun but not so much free time to do things like write on the blog.  To catch you up, since we last posted (about 2 years ago...time flies!), we have:

  • Become Australian Citizens
  • Done lots of camping
  • Gone fishing
  • Gone Spearfishing
  • Shot more zombies in Melbourne (when will they learn?)
  • Surfed, bodysurfed, and bodyboarded countless waves
  • Gone for a fair few hikes
  • Visited Fiji
  • And lots, lots more!

Don't believe me?  Here, you made me do it:
The shark will never look for us here...
Hamming it up for the camera at Queenscliff Lagoon
Kangaroos at Pebbly Beach
We understand each other
Take me to your leader

My massive Jewfish from the Hawkesbury (108cm)
James' slightly more massive Jewfish from the Hawkesbury
Hiking in Allambie

Eloise giving a push at playgroup

Digging at Freshwater Beach with our truck
Sunset in Fiji

Free balloons at Australia Day in Dee Why

Camel rides for Australia Day!

Digging with Sophia

In the pool in Fiji
The big news now is that we are heading home to the good old USA!

An end to one adventure and the beginning of another one.

Our time in Australia has been amazing.  We met some awesome people and had some ridiculous adventures and are so grateful for all the opportunities to experience life on the other side of the world.
Just a short hop away!
We will be moving to Western Massachusetts to be closer to family, all are welcome to visit, just drop us a line.

Thank you again to all the amazing people we have met here, you made the experience for us.  Hope to see you again soon!

Thank you!

Chris, Amy, and Felix

  1. Dear Chris Ruiz,

I am a french lawyer freshly hired by a client to protect his intellectual property. Scanning canadian  https://www.quebecsurvieurbaine.com/ revealed that this website has stolen a lot of content from others, and thebugoutbagguide comes first. The website owner is infringing copyright laws and earning money (ads, Amazon affiliation, service delivery) using real authors' hard work.

For instance, this page https://www.quebecsurvieurbaine.com/ou-tout-commence/  is a blatant translated copy/paste of your page https://www.thebugoutbagguide.com/start-here/

    Same goes for :
    https://www.thebugoutbagguide.com/how-to-make-a-bug-out-plan/
    https://www.thebugoutbagguide.com/bugging-in-vs-bugging-out/
    https://www.thebugoutbagguide.com/bugging-out-limited-mobility/
    https://www.thebugoutbagguide.com/getting-your-loved-ones-to-prepare/
    etc.

Even the structure of your wbesite is copied. You can use google translate to check it if needed : https://translate.google.com/

My client will take action against this website and I urge you to take action too. You can contact the website owner at https://www.quebecsurvieurbaine.com/contactez-moi/  to obtain the immediate takedown of the pages with stolen content from your website or sue him for copyright infringement and request financial compensation.

    Best regards,
